To support owners of properties with known meth contamination at levels that require a Detailed Assessment Report and a draft remediation action plan for professional decontamination specialists and insurance companies.

A Detailed Assessment Report includes a contaminated site investigation  that includes identifying meth levels throughout the property, recording the materials in each room, property layout, including floor plan, photos, video and a draft remediation action plan for the decontamination contractor.  This is required by insurance and loss adjustors for  assessments / admission of claims.
