Include kitchen, laundry, lounges, hallway, bedrooms, bathrooms, separate toilets, internal and external garages.
Baseline Screening Assessment
11–20 samples (2 Composite Groups) – 4 to 5 bedroom home (Up to 20 areas)
5 Working Day service – $339 + GST
3 Working Day Service – $369 + GST
2 Working Day Service – $399 + GST
10 samples (1 Composite Group) – 1 to 3 bedroom home (Up to 10 areas)
5 Working Day Service – $269 + GST
3 Working Day Service – $299 + GST
2 Working Day Service – $329 + GST
Greater than 20 samples (Home with 6 or more bedrooms) – We will contact you to discuss.
If there are separate dwellings on site such as a garage, sleepout, or sheds that you would like to be sampled separately, please make a note of this in the booking registration and allow for an additional kit or kits when booking.
If individual sample results are required, Stage 2 Laboratory Processing is available at $109 + GST per sample.
